Miscellaneous ocular agents:
Indications for: VUITY
Presbyopia.
Adult Dosage:
Instill 1 drop in each eye once daily.
Children Dosage:
Not applicable.
VUITY Warnings/Precautions:
Pre-existing retinal disease. Patients with iritis: not recommended. Contact lenses: remove prior to use; reinsert 10mins after administration. Poor illumination: advise to avoid night driving, other hazardous occupations. Pregnancy. Nursing mothers.
VUITY Classification:
Cholinergic.
VUITY Interactions:
Separate with other topical ophthalmic products by at least 5mins apart.
Adverse Reactions:
Headache, conjunctival hyperemia; sudden vision loss; rare: retinal detachment.
